open house: miraval mesa verde

Model homes are so fun to visit! 

There’s a new community here in Costa Mesa 

of 10 spacious homes known as Miraval Mesa Verde. 

Located on a quaint cul-de-sac 

in the historic neighborhood of Mesa Verde, 

these homes are designed for year-round entertaining. 

I took a tour this week of Miraval 

and was really impressed by the open layout 

and what they call the “California Rooms”. 

As you can see, 

these “California Rooms’ offer indoor/outdoor 

entertaining spaces that work perfectly with one another. 

The model home is designed by 

Shannon Wilkins of Prairie Home Styling.

She brings in organic and bohemian accents

that fit in perfectly with the

eclectic mid-century style of the community.

Each home centers around the amazing

open kitchen and great room. 

Everything feels modern and airy,

but with updated farmhouse elements.

And there’s so much natural light 

coming into the home, it definitely feels 

even more spacious!
