Since March our veg garden has been producing a
massive amount of Swiss chard, so I’m always looking for new ways to eat this
super green.
One of the best recipes I’ve tried is for Rainbow Chard Quiche, a recipe from Martha Stewart.
It’s quite tasty with the added
crunch of phyllo dough pastry crust.
I hope you get a chance to make this recipe. It’s
easier than it looks and really tastes amazing!
