This original 1950's California ranch home was recently updated and featured on the Newport Harbor Home Tour.
It was one of my favorites on the tour for its simplicity and creativity in combining modern comforts with vintage style. I hope you enjoy the tour...
I have always loved the wide open floor plan of a mid-century ranch. That would be my dream home. Tons of windows and light, awesome post! Tanya :)
ReplyDeleteThese is a fantastic house! Lots of great ideas but it isn't over styled. Love it xx

I love this modern version of the classic ranch house, up here in northern California, we have so many of these, we could certainly use this style up here:)

I love the openness of the house, the bike as art and that sink in the boy's bathroom. Having grown up in a fifties ranch house, it amazesme how up to date it looks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great open floor plan. Love this look. I see a lot I like in the details. Visiting over from MM.

The combination of vintage and modern look is amazing to see! The 'antler chandelier' gives the dining place a classy look. Like it most! I guess it would much pleasing to me, too. Thanks for sharing your amusing experience.
