the table is all set...

.... and now I'm off to make my pies.  This year I am making traditional pumpkin pie and Sweet Potato Chiffon Pie. Recipe found here for Emeril's Sweet Potato Chiffon Pie.  It's my hubby's favorite!

I made simple printed napkin rings and added a little bling

The center of the table features a variety of my favorite Fall items

I love these two flower arrangements from Trader Joe's

This table cloth is a curtain panel from Target.
I wanted a graphic pattern to set off the white china.

That sweet pumpkin in the center was just baked to make my pies!

A beautiful variety of flowers and colors in this arrangement.

The pumpkin has now been replaced my  little vintage Tom Turkey

The Wedgwood china is my in-laws' wedding china.
It's so pretty and is cherished by us all.

Do you like the pops of orange?

A simple piece of burlap anchors the center of the table

Lovely Autumn colors

I hope Claudia will be pleased, tee hee!

We are ready for the feast!

Wishing you and yours a blessed Thanksgiving.

wishing you a happy Thanksgiving!

but to live by them.

my thanksgiving table ~ you vote!

Just started thinking about Thanksgiving dinner and the setting the table for this year.  I came up with 7 different settings and thought it would be fun if you helped me by voting for your favorite...

1. White Wedgwood plates with glittery leaves

2. White Wedgwood plates with mini pumpkin

3.  A variety of souvenir plates with brown and white tablecloth

4. Red turkey plates with white details
5. Gold trimmed ivy plates with  melon-colored damask tablecloth

6. Blue turkey plates with a brown burlap tablecloth

7. Indian tree china and raffia place mat and feather detail

Let me know if you have a favorite!
P.S. The brown and white graphic fabric is a curtain panel from target that I converted into a tablecloth.
I'd love to see your Thanksgiving table too.
Just post it on my facebook page here.
